Items marked in stock will ship within 2 to 4 business days, at which point you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number. Delivery options reflect the shipping time from the date the item is sent out. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for special orders and made to order items. If you need your item sooner, email us as soon as possible and we will let you know if your request can be accommodated.

Orders always come with fully insured shipping and any shipment above $1,000 requires signature upon delivery. Due to the value of these orders this is not something we can waive. You are responsible for any costs associated with a package returned to us due to several failed delivery attempts.

If you are shipping to a different address than your billing address, your shipment will be put on hold until we are able to receive confirmation from your credit card that the transaction is secure and not fraudulent. Currently, we do not offer shipping outside the United States.
