Trade-In Value

  • Trade-in value is determined based on current market rates, condition, and resale potential.

  • Appraisals are conducted by our in-house experts. 

  • Trade-in value will be issued as store credit. 

 

Process

  1. Evaluation: Bring your item to our store for a free evaluation.

  2. Offer: We will provide a trade-in offer. 

  3. Acceptance: offer is only valid for 3 days. 

 

Limitations

  • Trade-ins cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any trade-in at our discretion.

  • All trade-in transactions are final.

  • Contact us to schedule a private consultation.

  • All items are evaluated in person by our team to determine authenticity, metal purity, gemstone quality, and overall condition. 

  • Evaluations are conducted while you wait, and there is no fee for the assessment.

  • We reserve the right to decline an evaluation or purchase at our discretion.


Our Offer

  • Offers are based on:

    • The current market value of gold or precious metals

    • The resale potential of estate pieces

    • The condition and craftsmanship of the item

  • Because market prices fluctuate, all offers are final and valid for the same business day only.


Identification Requirements

  • A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all purchases.

  • Clients must be 18 years or older to sell items.

Payment

  • Payment methods may include check, cash, or store credit, depending on the client’s preference.


Final Sale

  • All gold and estate jewelry purchases are final.

  • Once payment is completed, items cannot be returned or repurchased by the seller.
