Items marked in stock will ship within 2 to 4 business days, at which point you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number. Delivery options reflect the shipping time from the date the item is sent out. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for special orders and made to order items. If you need your item sooner, email us as soon as possible and we will let you know if your request can be accommodated.
Orders always come with fully insured shipping and any shipment above $1,000 requires signature upon delivery. Due to the value of these orders this is not something we can waive. You are responsible for any costs associated with a package returned to us due to several failed delivery attempts.
If you are shipping to a different address than your billing address, your shipment will be put on hold until we are able to receive confirmation from your credit card that the transaction is secure and not fraudulent. Currently, we do not offer shipping outside the United States.
Returns
We do not offer refund. Exchanges or store credit are available ONLY if made within 5 days of the date of your purchase for in store purchases or from the date it was received for online purchases. To be eligible, you must email info@mariziafinejewelry.com to obtain an authorization code. Your item must be unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or store credit if we believe the items have been worn or intentionally damaged. All special orders (including sized rings) are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange or store credit.
