Shipping within the United States

We offer Complimentary Overnight Shipping on all orders over $1000. In-stock items ship within 1-2 business days. In the event of a return or exchange, a shipping charge will be deducted from your credit which varies based on the value of your order.

International Shipping

At this time, we are only able to ship to addresses outside the United States on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to have an order shipped to an international destination, please email or call us for eligibility and further assistance.

Shipping to an address other than your billing address

We understand jewelry is often purchased as a surprise, and we will happily ship to a different address than the billing address associated with your credit card. However, to do so, we must ask that you have your alternative shipping address(es) on file with your credit card company so that we can verify that your order is a purchase authorized by you. To add an address with your credit card company, simply call the number on the back of your card and tell them you would like to add an alternative shipping address to your account.
