At Marizia Fine Jewelry, we want you to feel confident and cherished in your purchase. If you are not fully sure about your newly acquired jewelry, we offer the following return and exchange:

Eligibility

Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of the original purchase date. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. 


To qualify, pieces must be unworn, in original condition, and accompanied by all packaging, certificates, receipts and exchange authorization. Any shipping fees associated with the original order or the return process will be deducted from the store credit amount.


Please note your return will go through our quality control department upon arrival to inspect the condition of the jewelry. We reserve the right to reject a return if the item appears worn, used, altered and/or damaged in any way. 

** Anything purchased between Black Friday and Christmas Eve you have until January 15 to start a return for store credit or exchange.

After 14 Days

Exchanges or store credit requests made after the 14-day window are approved on a case-by-case basis and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.


Non-Returnable Items

Custom pieces, made to order, personalized items, and special orders are not eligible for exchange, or store credit.

Once a ring has been resized, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

Made to order means that the piece is not in stock and is crafted specifically for you after you place an order. 


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning your item.
